在config/my.php配置 如下  默认都为true 如果不配置的情况下

	'api_comment'=>false,	//api接口详细注释 true生成 false不生成  
	'file_comment'=>true,	//文件头部注释  true生成 false不生成

],

生成的文件头部注释如下  如果关闭 file_comment 则不会生成

同理如果关闭api_comment 则生成api接口如下  没有详细的注释
